About Ganga View Cafe Rishikesh riverside story
Our Story

Born beside the sacred river

"The sound of the Ganga does more healing than any menu ever could."

Ganga View Cafe was born from a simple idea — that the most nourishing meals are eaten in the presence of something greater than yourself. On the banks of the sacred Ganges near Laxman Jhula, we built a space that's deliberately different from every other cafe in Rishikesh.

No hippie cushions. No colourful wall hangings. Just white-washed walls with hand-painted leaf stencils, a preserved ancient tree, a deck that juts over the river, and the Ganga doing the rest. Our 50+ item multi-cuisine menu is made fresh every day, from paranthas at sunrise to tiramisu at sunset.

01
Freshness First

Every item prepared fresh daily. We don't reheat, we don't compromise. From morning paranthas to the last slice of carrot cake — made that day.

02
For Every Soul

Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or just hungry for everything — our menu welcomes every kind of traveller. The Ganga doesn't discriminate and neither do we.

03
The View is Sacred

Our deck gives you the most intimate view of the Ganges in Rishikesh. During evening Aarti, the chanting drifts across the water. You simply can't manufacture that.

3K
Our Reputation

3,000+ reviews. All real. All earned.

Every 4.3-star review on Google is a genuine experience. We've been here since before Laxman Jhula became a tourist landmark — and we'll be here long after.

50+
Our Kitchen

50+ recipes made with intention.

Our kitchen team crafts every item from the fettuccine alfredo to the banana nice cream with care. It takes longer. It tastes better. That's the trade we happily make.
